Senior Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to lead our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 2-3 juniors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful client engagements.
  • Lead the client engagement process, providing expert advice and ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Manage complex financial statements and tax returns, including GST, CGT, FBT, and Div7A.
  • Oversee tasks such as cash flow forecasting, budgeting, management accounting, and succession planning.
  • Work closely with a wide range of clients, conducting in-person or virtual meetings to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA near completion or qualification.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience within public practice.
  • Australian or New Zealand permanent resident.
  • Excellent communication skills and technological proficiency.
