We are seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Reporting Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our accounting policy, providing guidance on transactions and advising on the application of accounting standards.
  • Prepare and present financial statements, technical papers, and analysis for senior management decision-making.
  • Provide relevant financial information to support budgeting, cash flow forecasts, tax returns, and reports.
  • Develop processes to improve efficiency in our Financial Reporting function.
  • Monitor performance metrics to enable effective performance management.
  • Deliver consolidated management reports and monthly board reports with key metrics.
  • Prepare statutory accounts for the Group.
About You
  • Tertiary studies in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Business.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Proven background in group reporting and previous experience within a large organisation.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of driving change initiatives.
