Job Overview:
The role of a Front Desk Coordinator is to provide a professional and welcoming first impression of the organization, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management - Manage incoming calls and direct visitors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Travel Arrangements - Arrange flights, car hire, and accommodation for employees as required.
- Office Administration - Handle incoming mail, maintain office tidiness, and restock supplies as needed.
- Meeting & Event Support - Manage boardrooms, coordinate catering, and oversee general office maintenance to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Administrative Tasks - Perform general administrative tasks as required, including credit card reconciliation, photocopying, and filing.
