Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Engineer to drive projects forward with precision, enthusiasm and a focus on quality.

About the Role:

  • Plan, execute and complete projects within scope, quality objectives and tight deadlines.
  • Manage project financial performance by preparing progress claims, cost tracking and budgeting.
  • Establish and monitor project programs, identifying risks, opportunities and potential roadblocks.
  • Maintain strict safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar fields.
  • Solid knowledge of project management techniques, including sub-contractor tender evaluations, value management and risk assessment.
  • Working experience in MS Project, Excel, Word and other project management tools.
  • Sound experience in the Construction Industry, preferably in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
