Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Management Specialist to lead our team in implementing the University's environmental management plan (EMP) and other sustainability commitments.

This role will involve effective coordination of environmental sustainability pillar leaders, establishing governance structures, and overseeing critical environmental projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, including coaching, mentoring, skill development, feedback on performance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the implementation of the University's environmental management plan (EMP) and other sustainability commitments.
  2. Coordinate with environmental sustainability pillar leaders to ensure alignment with institutional priorities.
  3. Establish and maintain governance structures for EMP.
  4. Oversee critical environmental projects and ensure timely completion.
  5. Supervise staff, including coaching, mentoring, skill development, and performance management.
