Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource Advisor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to develop their career.

As a Human Resource Advisor, you will provide generalist HR support to the organization, partnering with business leaders to identify and implement process improvements. You will also provide advice and guidance to People Leaders on performance management, conduct, change management, Award interpretation, and employment conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience and/or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Experience working with e-recruitment/HRM systems
  • Focus on continuous improvement with a natural curiosity to identify and improve HR/workforce processes, systems, and outcomes
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders across the organization
