Pastry Cook Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Pastry Cook to join our team in a family-owned wholesale patisserie business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading mixture into ovens using tins and trays is an essential part of this role, requiring attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring baking equipment and temperature to control product quality, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
  • This involves glazing and decorating with icing or cream, requiring creativity and attention to detail.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Cake and Pastry.
