HR Business Partner

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing expert HR advice and support. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers across the business to deliver practical solutions that align with our values and strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for partnering with leaders to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters. You will also coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting contracts and facilitating inductions. Additionally, you will monitor and report on key metrics such as performance reviews, absences, and probation periods.

Your expertise in analysing HR data and generating meaningful reports will be invaluable in supporting business decisions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to deliver compliance training programs.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; or equivalent experience in a generalist HR role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role with demonstrated capability in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to interpret Modern Awards effectively
  • Proven experience in analysing HR data and generating meaningful reports for decision-making purposes
  • Hands-on experience using integrated HRIS platforms such as Sage People or similar systems
