We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service, acting as the contact point for new and existing clients, and providing administrative support to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of client meetings, including fact finds, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Facilitate the implementation of client advice, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage communications between stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation funds.
  • Follow policies, processes, and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld.

Requirements:

  • Working experience as a Client Service Officer supporting Financial Advisers.
  • Client-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service and making a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
  • Outstanding organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to learn and grow with a growth mindset towards development.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a close team.
