Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to general sales enquiries and provide technical information to customers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and sales role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic, driven, reliable, and personable
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
