Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Education Sector Sales Strategy Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and parents.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and training to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to align on sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and lead generation efforts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the education sector, with a strong understanding of school operations and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong product knowledge and training skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers.
