The Role
As a key member of our Operational Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in driving our global sales strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and unified approach to sales across all regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy, driving business growth and expansion.
- Lead the optimisation and standardisation of sales processes, ensuring best practices are followed globally.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a fully integrated sales strategy that drives business growth.
- Monitor and manage sales performance across all regions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and implementing sales strategies globally.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and a track record of process improvement.
- Experience in managing complex markets with a strong focus on driving results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
