Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Technology Expert to join our team. As a senior-most technical expert and advisor, you will work closely with strategic customers to understand their infrastructure, challenges, and goals.

This role requires strong technical expertise in security, network optimization, scalability, and performance tuning. You will be responsible for architecting solutions that enhance operations, optimize performance, and minimize risks through collaboration with support and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to senior stakeholders on technology-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies that drive business success.
  • Engage with customers as trusted advisors to diagnose complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role with hands-on expertise in security, network optimization, scalability, and performance tuning.
  • Strong industry knowledge and thought leadership skills to drive business success through technical innovation.
