Role Overview

As a strategic technology expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of defense technology. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge systems and solutions that enable our organization to achieve its mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of E2E Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into our infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
