We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing mid-market client relationships, driving retention and revenue expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow mid-market client relationships to drive retention and revenue expansion.
- Owning the full sales cycle from onboarding to upselling and renewals.
- Keeping pipeline accurate and visible using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Delivering tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.
- Identifying growth opportunities and structuring deals that deliver real value.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve success with our products.
- Staying ahead of product updates and industry trends to boost engagement and adoption.
Requirements:
- Leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
- Understanding pricing strategy and renewal mechanics.
- Upselling strategic services before, with numbers to prove it.
- Holding own in a room full of senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and able to cut through noise.
