Ideagen is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our digital sales. You will own the customer journey—driving retention, expansion, and success—while collaborating across teams to deliver real value through our SaaS solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow mid-market client relationships, driving retention and revenue expansion.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from onboarding to upselling and renewals.
  • Maintain an accurate and visible pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Deliver tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.
  • Identify growth opportunities and structure deals that deliver real value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve success with Ideagen's products.
  • Stay ahead of product updates and industry trends to boost engagement and adoption.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.
  • Experience upselling strategic services with proven results.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of cutting through the noise.
