About the Role
Lifecare is seeking a skilled Receptionist to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the front office and maintaining accurate records.
This is a Casual role working to support our Allied Health team, with required hours including Wednesday to Friday.
Key responsibilities will include answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments and invoicing, maintaining a clean and tidy waiting room and clinic spaces, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
- Polished and professional presentation, with a high level of self-motivation to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to working within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- National Police Check and Working With Children Check
