Project Manager - Operations and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the delivery of operations and maintenance projects. In this role, you will oversee the successful establishment and execution of client contracts, with a clear focus on safety, leadership, and performance.

  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across on-site solar and renewable energy O&M projects
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, focusing on safety, performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning both commercial and operational responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site visits, particularly in NSW and QLD, and during onboarding of new project sites
  • Collaborate with global teams, including participation in after-hours calls with counterparts in Europe, America, and Asia
  • Manage client relationships, budgets, and overall project performance to meet strategic objectives

Key Safety Responsibilities include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
  • Current Australian driver's license
