We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our Pre-contracts team on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in pricing civil infrastructure projects and ensuring our bids meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have site experience in the Australian Civil Construction sector, specifically in subdivisions and infrastructure projects.

  • Experience with project pricing or delivery in the civil construction industry
  • Demonstrated ownership and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software programs
  • Able to identify risks and opportunities, and present alternative methodologies or solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues, management, clients, and subcontractors

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Site experience in the Australian Civil Construction sector
  • Pricing or delivery experience in civil projects, preferably in subdivisions
  • Demonstrated ownership and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software programs
  • Ability to articulate construction methods clearly
