Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our civil infrastructure projects from planning to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, residents, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of construction standards, regulations, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Able to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
