Job Title: Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. As a Senior Civil Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing civil infrastructure projects and ensuring our bids exceed client expectations.

About You:

  • Site experience in Australian Civil Construction sector on subdivisions and infrastructure projects between $500k and $20M.
  • Experience pricing or delivering Civil projects (Ideally experience in Sub-divisions)
  • Demonstrate ownership in previous roles
  • Proficient with industry standard software programs and ability to articulate construction methods clearly
  • Ability to identify risks, opportunities and present alternate methodologies or solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage confidently with co-workers, management, clients and sub-contractors
  • Experience in mentoring junior estimators
