
Business Opportunity Specialist

The position requires a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships in the Christmas and Year-Round Experiences market.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain robust client connections with key decision-makers in high-end retail, commercial property, and council sectors.
- Optimise sales from existing clients through innovative concepts and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from lead qualification to project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and business pipelines to achieve allocated sales goals.
- Act as the primary client interface throughout project lifespans, troubleshooting and responding to client needs promptly.
- Exceptional communicator with high presentation and sales skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiator with the ability to apply learned sales strategies effectively.
- Experience managing complex major projects and multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Highly organised with excellent planning and administration skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and adaptability.
