HR Business Partner Role

This is a strategic collaboration role that involves partnering with various stakeholders to drive business growth and transformation.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing a small client group of approximately 75 employees and 5 leaders. Your key objective will be to provide expert advice and support on all human resources matters.

You will collaborate closely with the broader HR team to drive initiatives such as benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plans, policy integration, and more.

  • Manage a small client group (approx. 75 employees and 5 leaders), acting as their SME for all things Human Resources.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plan, policy integration, and more.
  • Provide key project and data reporting support (some of which will be presented to senior management).
  • Manage and drive the HR technology project in conjunction with the HR and Project teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant HR Generalist experience and will have worked in a highly regulated environment such as financial services.

They will possess excellent communication and partnering skills, along with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
