Senior Technical Lead

Job Overview:

The Senior Technical Lead plays a vital role in spearheading complex engineering activities for Defence clients. This position demands expert technical guidance, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters stakeholder engagement and the professional development of engineering teams.

  • Perform advanced engineering tasks, including ECPs, CCBs, and SSWGs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and manage contractors to acquire or provide engineering expertise.
  • Exercise assigned engineering authorities and comply with technical regulatory delegations.
  • Apply technical acumen to identify issues and uncertainties.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations for enhancing engineering principles.
  • Evaluate and assess technical and design packages.
  • Analyze delivered materials and ensure adherence to requirements.

A successful candidate should possess the ability to manage intricate engineering processes and activities in Defence. They must have experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing contractor relationships effectively. A robust analytical skillset is required to recognize and address engineering challenges and uncertainties.
