The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to join our team in a high-impact leadership role. In this position, you'll drive success across your portfolios by implementing best practices with strategic client contracts, spearheading growth, and managing a diverse workforce of blue and white-collar employees. Supported by the branch team supervisor and regional manager, your success will be anchored in your expertise in people management, fostering a safety-first culture, and understanding transport operations, logistics, and large fleet management.

About You
  • You're a strategic leader with a proven track record of optimising P&L and cost drivers and implementing control measures to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Your expertise in building and leveraging KPI dashboards has consistently resulted in improved productivity and commercial outcomes.
  • With extensive experience in a contract-to-serve logistics model, you excel at fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, third-party suppliers, subcontractors, and local businesses to deliver exceptional service.
  • You've successfully managed both blue-collar operations teams, truck drivers and white-collar teams, including operations managers, supervisors, administrative, and customer service staff.
  • Your commitment to safety and ability to lead and drive safety improvements across the region are the cornerstones of your leadership approach.
