Early Childhood Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten room.

Job Description
  • Lead a team of educators, mentoring their growth and ensuring exceptional care for every child.
  • Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and confident in the quality of care.
  • Support educators to deliver contemporary early childhood practices and embed the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Champion your Centre as a beacon of excellence, embodying values of bravery, positivity, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.
  • Maintain children's learning profiles and drive continuous improvement through self-assessment.
  • Join Leadership Councils to develop leadership skills, drive change, and shape decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
  • A completed bachelor's degree in early childhood
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Valid QLD Paid Blue Card
  • A passion to run the kindergarten program
