Key responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing observation and documentation of children's learning and development
  • Maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or interest in Montessori philosophy and method of education
  • Ability to respond to children's developmental needs in a caring and respectful manner
  • Reliability and passion for the role
  • High level of integrity, work ethic, professionalism, and commitment

Traineeships:

Our traineeships are designed to provide you with hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in early childhood education and care. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Nationally Recognised Certificate III or Diploma.

All applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:

  • First Aid Certificate HLTAID004 (including yearly refreshers of CPR HLTAID001 and emergency Asthma & Anaphylaxis management)
  • Valid Working with Children Check (Bluecard)

Salary: $20.33 - $40.00 per hour
