Early Childhood Educator Vacancy

About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator to join our team of professionals. As a childcare worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our centres across the Sunshine Coast.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for the physical, emotional, and educational needs of children aged 0-12 years;
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children;
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and shared knowledge;
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and expertise;

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher) and/or relevant qualifications;
  • A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card);
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve centre goals;
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays;
