Job Overview

The role of a Diploma Qualified Educator is to design and deliver exceptional learning programs that foster the growth and development of children.

As a dedicated educator, you will collaborate with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance high-quality learning programs.

  • Assist children in developing essential skills and knowledge that prepare them for future success.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create engaging and inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of belonging and connection among team members.
  • Monitor and assess children's learning and development, using this information to inform program planning and delivery, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge as an early childhood educator, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
