Project Coordinator for Inclusion

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a part-time (0.8), 12 month fixed-term opportunity that requires strong organisation and project coordination skills.

You will work closely with the Inclusion Lead to coordinate projects, action plans and reporting that improve diversity, inclusion, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day coordination support across inclusion projects.
  • Managing calendars, agendas and minutes for committees.
  • Assisting with meeting scheduling, inbox management and workplan mapping.
  • Tracking project timelines, deliverables and outcomes.
  • Maintaining well-organised records and filing systems in SharePoint.
  • Creating engaging visual materials (slides, infographics, reports) – Canva experience is an advantage.
  • Supporting consultation with employees, consumers, and external community groups.
  • Working collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and follow through.
  • High level of digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams, Outlook (or confidence to learn quickly).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any setting.
  • Confidence communicating in a professional and inclusive way.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in where needed.
