Culinary Team Member Opportunity

Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Camp is seeking a passionate Culinary Team Member to join their team.

About the Camp

Located by Falls Creek, and managed by a reputable organisation, Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Centre is an alpine centre and adventure camp catering to schools and groups year-round. The team runs a variety of programs and activities to suit every group, from skiing and tobogganing in winter, to orienteering and mountain biking in summer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and provide food for campers, including coordination of special diets

- Assemble and prepare ingredients as required

- Apply best practice as outlined in the camp's food safety program

- Uphold values at all times

Requirements and Qualifications

A motivated individual with problem-solving skills and ability to work unsupervised. Previous catering or hospitality experience and knowledge of kitchen operations will be highly regarded.
