About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant at Herbert Smith Freehills, you will play a vital role in supporting our practice groups and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading international law firm and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Legal Assistants, including managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- Deliver high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Liaise with business services and other teams to coordinate tasks and requests.
- Prepare files for archiving and manage the return and retrieval of files according to firm guidelines.
- Assist with internal and external events and functions.
Requirements
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
