Production Workflow Specialist

The Production Coordinator serves as the central hub for managing production workflows and ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and offshore supplier communication
- Oversee bulk fabric, trim, and packaging approvals
- Coordinate samples across production, marketing, and VM sample sets
- Support quality control across all stages of the product lifecycle
- Manage SKU setup, shipping trackers, and production tools
- Lead the development of product packaging and brand collateral
This is a dynamic position that requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple production timelines and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams and offshore suppliers.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar Production Coordination role
- Understanding of fabric construction and keen eye for color and detail
- Confidence in communicating and liaising with offshore manufacturers
- Knowledge of inbound logistics and working with freight forwarders
- Finds efficiencies in managing multiple production schedules
- Ability to self-motivate and work in a motivated and agile team
- Can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled across all Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Previous packaging design and production management
- Technical fabric and pattern construction experience
- Knowledge of Asana, Cin7, and Checkpoint systems
