About the Role

Our organization provides high-quality, evidence-based therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Therapy Assistant to work with a family in Rosemeadow for 3 weekly shifts. The successful candidate will be available on Tuesday 12:00pm-2:00pm, Thursday 9:00am-11:00am, and Friday 9:00am-11:00am.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one therapy to clients in various settings, including home/clinic/school.
  • Support clients in developing their skills; communication, social interactions, and emotional regulation.
  • Collect client data to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
  • Foster a positive environment that encourages client participation.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree or certificate in psychology, disability, education, occupational therapy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with children is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for helping individuals reach their full potential.
