We're seeking a high-impact leader to cultivate a culture of exceptional delivery.

This role is about shaping the way our technology and product teams work together to build great things efficiently and with pleasure. You'll be the connective tissue who listens deeply, speaks with clarity, and inspires confidence and cohesion.

The ideal candidate will be technically fluent but possess strengths in empathy, adaptability, and ability to build momentum across diverse teams. They'll be the kind of person people want in the room when stakes are high, because they help teams stay calm, focused, and aligned.

About the Role
  • Cultivate an environment where great delivery naturally happens
  • Execute the end-to-end delivery process between Technology and Product teams, measuring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery projects are planned and meeting delivery standards
  • Provide strategic guidance on upcoming projects
  • Drive excellence in requirements fidelity
  • Maintain and monitor JIRA delivery reporting and data fidelity
  • Provide timely and accurate performance reporting
  • Lead team retrospectives and planning rituals
  • Coordinate biannual planning and team building sessions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software project delivery or adjacent areas
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery frameworks and product discovery
  • Proven ability to deliver complex software projects in fast-paced environments
  • High emotional intelligence with strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead without direct authority
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Passionate about improving team health and delivery effectiveness
  • An innovative mindset with a curiosity for technology and team dynamics
