Software Delivery Excellence Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive the successful delivery of technical initiatives and continuous improvement across software engineering squads.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end software delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution through the software development lifecycle. They will facilitate agile ceremonies and champion best practices to support effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in software delivery, focusing on quality and timeliness.
  • Facilitate agile methodologies to drive efficient planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish priorities and manage delivery plans.
  • Maintain open communication channels with team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor delivery health and address risks or blockers proactively.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software delivery roles, managing agile delivery and release cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with SDLC processes and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in modern tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) for project management and tracking.
  • Excellent organisational and facilitation skills to drive collaboration.
