Exciting opportunity to lead a team of service technicians, ensuring quality delivery and customer satisfaction in Perth Region.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and management of our Service Technician team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise, develop, and coach the Service Technician team.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and safety audits.
  • Conduct regular quality checks.
  • Induct new staff members into the team.
  • Manage service schedules and administration tasks.
  • Cover service runs for Service Technicians when required.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role (minimum 2 years).
  • Certificate IV Frontline Management (desirable).
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
  • Time management skills.
  • Knowledge of service and repairs on vans is highly regarded.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence is essential.
