About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Leader to lead our team in Sutherland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fun, safe, and compliant program for our children.

Key responsibilities include creating daily plans, supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children, preparing and serving healthy food options, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

About You

We are looking for an individual with an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, who has completed or is studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent. You will also need to hold a valid Working with Children Check and have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to form positive relationships with children, families, and the school community, and will be able to nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play.
