About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Leader to lead our team in Shellharbour. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fun, safe, and compliant program for our children.

Key responsibilities include creating daily plans, supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children, preparing and serving healthy food options, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

Key Requirements:

  • Completed a childcare-related Diploma in early education and care or equivalent
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • Availability from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
