About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Leader to join our team in Shellharbour. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program for children.

Key responsibilities include creating daily plans and organizing activities, supervising and supporting a group of primary-aged children, preparing and serving healthy food options, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships with children and families. You will have completed a childcare-related Diploma in early education and care or equivalent, and hold a valid Working with Children Check.

You will also have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates, and be available to work from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
