We are seeking a Roadside Service Technician to join our team in Brisbane.

About the role:

As a Roadside Service Technician, you will be responsible for making member vehicles mobile at the roadside and providing mechanical advice to ensure their safety.

You will also promote member services and interact with customers to resolve issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making member vehicles mobile at the roadside
  • Providing mechanical advice to ensure customer safety
  • Promoting member services to increase customer satisfaction
  • Interacting with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification in mechanics or auto-electrician/industry related qualifications
  • A current C Class Driver's Licence
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • A strong commitment to safety culture and zero harm
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
