Job Opportunity: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to provide comprehensive support to our teams across the business.

The Role:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain our IT systems to ensure seamless operations for team members.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, identify solutions and adapt communication style to suit audience.
  • Provide face-to-face, phone or online support to resolve issues and manage customer expectations.
  • Configure, build and deploy infrastructure devices and complete daily tasks.
  • Document tasks, problems and questions and their resolution.
  • Liaise with Infrastructure Services Manager and other IT personnel to escalate issues for resolution.

About You:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop operating Systems 10/11.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and networking fundamentals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory and security protocols.
