**The opportunity**:
Maintain, operate and install life support systems for Sea World marine animal pools, ensuring optimal animal welfare conditions and system cleanliness.

**Your day to day**:

- Undertake daily system checks and conduct backwashing/maintenance of life support systems.
- Undertake the required maintenance of systems to ensure optimal water conditions are met for the welfare and health of all marine animals.
- Perform after hours work on systems as required.
- Liaise and assist other departments and divisions on maintenance and operational requirements surrounding the marine animal pools.
- Undertake water quality analysis as required.
- Monitor chemical stock levels throughout the park, decanting, transporting and handling as required.

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience with large aquarium filtration systems highly desired
- Experience with pump maintenance would be beneficial
- Knowledge of PVC plumbing repairs would be beneficial
- Pool Plant Operators Certificate would be beneficial
- C Class Drivers License is essential
