**Job Title:** Community Centre Team Lead

This role involves overseeing a dynamic team and ensuring a supportive environment at the community centre. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching, guiding and managing staff to ensure excellent support for clients.
  • Assisting management with daily operations, supervising staff and volunteers, and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Collaborating with departments and community partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining a client-centred approach.
  • Providing direct line support to clients when required and mediating conflicts to maintain a safe and trusting environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in senior supervisory roles or similar combinations of education and training.

Fundamental Skills:

  • Ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant resources and services.
