The Contract and Performance Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and management of contracts to ensure defined outcomes are delivered to high standards and meet community needs.

This position requires strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly commissioned service providers, to facilitate effective contract management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing contractual relationships between commissioned Service Providers and the PHN
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new, high-risk or complex contracts for the delivery of services to individuals with poor health outcomes
  • Collaborating with other portfolios to establish and formalize partnerships across the region

The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, knowledge of primary health sector trends and community issues, and experience in delivering project outcomes. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you will be an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about improving primary care experiences, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
