About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at GFG-Alliance. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
