About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional customer-facing Project Manager to join our team in Adelaide. Your primary focus will be working on software implementation projects and liaising with various stakeholders in different locations to deliver an excellent customer service.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing highly complex and challenging projects and coordinating the delivery of these projects for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving internal and external stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Produce project plans that feed into the program of work
- Engage with customers on a daily basis
- Report weekly on the status of projects and highlight any risks or issues that require escalating
- Work within Civica standards and project methodology
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Ensure scope is contained and project scheduling is maintained
- Risk mitigation and management
- Create an internal cohesive Civica project delivery team
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced customer-facing Project Manager with familiarity of software implementation projects.
You will also have:
- Project experience in delivering technology projects
- Must have customer-facing experience
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification
- Attention to detail and be methodical in your work
- Outstanding time management, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and organization skills
- Experience working as a team and be an independent self-starter
