About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Civica in Adelaide. As a seasoned customer-facing professional, you will be responsible for managing complex software implementation projects and coordinating the delivery of these projects for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  2. Develop project plans that align with our program of work.
  3. Engage with customers on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Report weekly on project status, highlighting any risks or issues that require escalation.
  5. Work within Civica's standards and project methodology.
  6. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  7. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  8. Ensure scope is contained and project scheduling is maintained.
  9. Risk mitigation and management.
  10. Build an internal cohesive Civica project delivery team.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced customer-facing Project Manager with a background in software implementation projects. You will also have:

  1. Project experience in delivering technology projects.
  2. Must have customer-facing experience.
  3. PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification.
  4. Attention to detail and methodical work approach.
  5. Outstanding time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and organization skills.
  6. Experience working as a team and being an independent self-starter.
