Strategic Engagement Lead

We are seeking a high-performing individual to join our team as a Strategic Engagement Lead. In this role, you will provide strategic advice and support to senior military leaders and international partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Coordinate Policy: You will develop and coordinate policy for key thematic and geographical areas, working closely with government departments, agencies, industry, and international partners.
- International Engagements: You will plan and execute international engagements up to the 4-Star level, building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Leadership: You will lead integrated teams of ADF and APS members, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
Our team is located within the Strategy and Governance Branch, working to drive Defence's strategic outcomes. We offer flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
