Job Opportunity

The Intelligence Lead will be responsible for developing and coordinating high-quality intelligence and analysis to inform strategic, operational, and tactical planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to effectively manage a team of data and intelligence specialists.
  • Develop and implement effective communication systems to ensure stakeholders are consulted and informed.
  • Analyse complex issues and identify opportunities, solutions, and strategies to address contentious and emergent issues.
  • Deliver briefings and documentation to communicate findings and influence decision-making.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings and forums to provide expert intelligence and advice.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand and communicate complex findings.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including quality assurance.
  • Flexibility to work independently and with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong data and intelligence literacy and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of the role of data and intelligence in modern regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of data and intelligence specialists.
Benefits:

This is a non-ongoing opportunity that may be offered for an irregular term. Opportunities will be offered for varying periods up to 12 months with the option to extend to a total of 24 months.
